Dr. Robert S. Nelsen, President of The University of Texas – Pan American, serves as the chair of the leadership team. The NAAMREI leadership team will lead the action initiatives, plan calendar of activities, convening authority to build local support for the NAAMREI initiative and meet quarterly to review the quarterly performance of the project. This will enable the alliance chairs to work with their respective team to implement corrective action strategies to improve performance.
